Electric Erosion-Resistant Control Valve

Technical Parameters

Designed for applications with up to a 200 bar pressure differential, this valve features an optimized wear-resistant tungsten carbide inner cage and plug. It offers higher flexibility with two different trim sets to accommodate a wide range of operating conditions. A drilled hole cage with reduced Cv is available for start-up and initial life conditions, while a slotted cage with increased capacity is used for large flow rates and lower pressure drops during end-of-life conditions. Available in various material sets to resist different levels of chemical corrosion, this valve also ensures low noise performance and effective velocity control. It addresses common issues in critical service choke applications, such as high noise, improper velocity control, incompatibility with multiphase flow streams, and corrosion.
